    Hello EdReady users,

    Many of you are already aware that EdReady experienced some significant, if episodic, slowdowns Monday as well as a few times last week. These events appear to be due to specific and rare combinations of events that we are seeing for the first time. Unfortunately, these events impact the application enough so that many users experienced slow load times during an episode, and some even got proxy errors or otherwise found that the application seemed to be stuck.

    We are working as quickly as we can to identify and resolve these issues. We have already deployed some updates for improved performance and will remain focused on these issues this week. We may still experience some slowdowns over the next day or two, but we are confident that we will get these issues resolved. Importantly, these events are not due to large numbers of people using the application at the same time, which means that we should be able to get EdReady humming along nicely again soon.
